Welcome to Story Feast Collective. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website storyfeast.co, our events, services, products, and any other offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Story Feast Collective is operated by Story Feast Collective Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a UK-incorporated business.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, purchase tickets, or enter into any agreement with us. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Event Tickets and Registrations

Ticket Purchases: All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Ticket prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice until purchased.

Credit Policy: We do not offer cash refunds on ticket purchases. However, if you are unable to attend, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future Story Feast gathering or any products or services offered through Story Feast Collective, as outlined below:

• If you cancel your ticket more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full credit for the ticket price.

• If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before the event, you will receive a 50% credit.

• Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for credit.

• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Credits will be issued via email within 7 business days of your cancellation request.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person with advance notice.

Event Cancellation by Story Feast: If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred.

Event Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to event details, including but not limited to venue, date, time, menu, and programming. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of significant changes. Minor changes do not entitle you to a credit or refund.

3. Consulting Services and Workshops

Booking and Payment: Consulting sessions and workshops must be booked through our designated scheduling system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

Nature of Services: Our consulting services provide information, guidance, and support based on our experience and expertise. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice.

4. Membership

Subscription Terms: Membership subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Membership Benefits: Membership benefits are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes to benefits.

5. Digital Products

Purchases of digital products (such as ebooks, guides, and courses) are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our Services—including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, recipes, course materials, and designs—is owned by Story Feast Collective or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by these Terms.

7. User Conduct

When using our Services or attending our events, you agree to: treat other guests, staff, venue hosts, and partners with respect and courtesy; comply with all venue rules and regulations; not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive behavior; not harass, threaten, or intimidate others; and follow any health and safety guidelines in place at our events.

We reserve the right to remove any guest from an event or deny future access to our Services for violations of these conduct standards, without refund or credit.

8. Photography and Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. We may use these images and recordings for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation in our events involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: food allergies or sensitivities, physical activity during tours or nature walks, and travel to and from event venues. By attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. You are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility needs in advance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Story Feast Collective and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, attendance at our events, or any transactions conducted through our website.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Story Feast Collective and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Any advice, guidance, or information provided through our consulting services, workshops, or digital products is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial, immigration, medical, or other advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Story Feast Collective regarding your use of our Services.
